If I were to give this company 10 stars I definitely would ! We were referred to Colby by another company to help us with some damage after a big storm and a huge tree fell on our house …. Our roof and some interior parts of our home have some structural damage( we are due to have another baby in just a few short weeks plus have 4 other younger children in our home including a child with special needs that does her therapies in home so we needed these issues fixed pretty quickly )…. colby was very quick with communication , very friendly and was able to come out so fast along with another team member . Ash and David from Coalition Restoration started working on my house in the spring of 2022 after my roof experienced leaks from storms. It was a long journey involving insurance approvals, appraisals, engineering reports, discovering new issues and of course the repairs themselves. It took almost 2 years to complete all the extensive repairs (roof, framing, mold testing, sheet rock, insulation, gutters, windows, paint etc.) and it was frustrating at times since the repairs were taking forever, but Ash was patient and used his experience to follow the necessary protocols to ensure that the work was completed up to code by competent contractors and documented thoroughly for insurance reimbursement. I’m glad we stuck with Coalition to get all the repairs done the right way and get insurance to pay for everything. They continue to be professional and responsive with minor post-repair issues, and I highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors, especially if they have large, high valued homes over $2M.
